Very good experience Leased an X3 and turned in my wife's prior leased X3. Very pleasant as far as these things go. That was proven wrong at Darien within minutes saving me that annoyance of yet another set of bars for our Thule Box. BMW FS is also amongst the worst companies on the planet - folks at BMW Darien put their head in the sand and act as though they have no ability to protect the customer from BMW FS' unfair and borderline illegal practices. Shameful and a surefire way to create customer disloyalty. Simply put, after being a longtime customer, will never buy or lease another BMW. Can get an equivalent car without all of the pain and frustration of dealing with these folks and the finance company (though BMW is too aloof to realize that!). Against my better judgment, won't identify individual people in this review but, with very few exceptions, experience has been uniformly disappointing and employees to a person seem to have very little concern for the customer. I recently bought a vehicle from a competitor dealership and the experience was night and day different. Learned my lesson the hard way. More
