A few days prior to a scheduled service appointment, my check engine light came on and the vehicle directed me to immediately perform service. I called BMW of Darien, who arranged for me to drop off my car check engine light came on and the vehicle directed me to immediately perform service. I called BMW of Darien, who arranged for me to drop off my car and provided a loaner vehicle within 15 minutes of my request. They serviced the vehicle and were prepared to return in the same day. Service was top notch, loaner was a brand new 2021 330i drive (fully equipped), and the work was performed professionally. Thanks again for your help in a tight spot! More

I have been very pleased with the valet service from BMW of Darien. It was picked up and dropped off as promised with the car in impeccable condition.
