Nice people. Prices are sky high. $200 for each issue examined…before fixing it. Picked up the car and got in and the speaker was playing super loud white noise. The diagnostic they did said there was a problem with the amp but they delivered it to me without mentioning it or warning me of the ear splitting noise. Had to wait while they pulled the fuse on the amp. More

BMW of Darien has service down to perfection. This is my sixth three year lease. Bringing the car in for required service is no problem at all.
