Fabulous service! I walked in, they greeted me by name (I had never been there before), took my keys, and brought me right over to the loaner department where the cler I walked in, they greeted me by name (I had never been there before), took my keys, and brought me right over to the loaner department where the clerk quickly got my information so she could assign me a car. After doing the paperwork, she sent me over to my service advisor. This woman was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was soon on my way. I was happily surprised when I received a video of the inspection of my car! What a cool and interesting idea! I received a call at 4 that the car was ready, and I could come back in the morning to make the exchange if I preferred. I chose to pick it up today. When I walked into dealership I was greeted by name, told my car would be up in a couple of minutes and walked over to the cashier. It couldn’t have been easier or a nicer experience. It was a pleasure to do business with BMW of Darien. More
