BMW of Darien - Service Center

All went well except at pick-up. Dealership noticed scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded i scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. Nevertheless, because of dealer oversight at the initial loaner inspection (with no video), I was put through an upsetting experience. More
