Customer service, and the overall service of my vehicle was good! The service department really brought the customer service. They followed up to confirm my appointment, greeted me when I arrived, were prepared and efficient with my time and provided an Uber for me service. They followed up to confirm my appointment, greeted me when I arrived, were prepared and efficient with my time and provided an Uber for me to work to relieve that inconvenience. I was impressed to receive my rundown of my car via video and then an Uber back to the shop to pick up my car. Everyone who worked there were professional and nice. Great experience and plan to exclusively go to this dealership for my bmw needs. More
