Kerry was great, as was the finance gentleman. All the staff that we interacted with were great, and the facility was really nice. Now for the 4 star... Our used X5 received the Zurich treatmen All the staff that we interacted with were great, and the facility was really nice. Now for the 4 star... Our used X5 received the Zurich treatment, maybe. When we got home and looked the car over, we found multiple untouched paint dings on the tailgate, and one on the rear fender. This car was also certified, and inspected. Inside we found a substance on the multimedia knob that we were unable to remove. There were a lot of crumbs in the well created when the thigh extension is out. There was wax residue all around the hood edges. The 12 volt plug was missing on the console(which Kerry sent to us immediately). We never noticed the paint dings because we took delivery on the unit in the rain. For a luxury brand dealer the detailing on this unit was very disappointing. It also raised doubts as to the quality of the Zurich treatment due to the lack of attention to detail on basic cleaning. The bottom line is that we like the car alot, and are hoping we can take it for a Zurich spa day to resolve the paint dings. More
