I expected a level of service on par with the brand of vehicle and all it experience, from beginning to end, surpassed even my own high expectations. I expected a level of service on par with the brand of vehicle and all it represents for a first time BMW owner. However, Kerry and the Team at BMW of Devon exceeded my expectations. It did not feel like I was buying a car and dealing with a car dealership (even though I know and understand that that’s exactly what it was). Instead, the entire experience felt fair, pressure free and honest. The service was absolutely 5 stars.
