Great Car Buying Experience I really enjoyed working with Dan McCloy. I already knew the model I wanted (435i Gran Coupe) and through some internet research and with the assistan I really enjoyed working with Dan McCloy. I already knew the model I wanted (435i Gran Coupe) and through some internet research and with the assistance of Drew Wendle (BMW Devon Internet Manager) realized that BMW of Devon had just what I wanted in stock. I was assisted by Dan who has such an easygoing and no pressure demeanor that he really made it quite an enjoyable experience (I typically hate the new car buying process!). I had several technical questions that he was able to easily explain to my satisfaction. Since purchasing the vehicle, he has followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I don’t need anything else, have any other questions, let me know my tags are in, and that I’m thoroughly enjoying my new ride. I would highly recommend buying from BMW of Devon for their great selection, prices and customer service and definitely request the assistance of Dan McCloy! More

I had been told this was a great dealership. ABSOLUTELY true Walked into dealership on Saturday one half an hour before closing. Yet, everyone was friendly, facility sparkled and Dan McCloy treated us as if we Walked into dealership on Saturday one half an hour before closing. Yet, everyone was friendly, facility sparkled and Dan McCloy treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. He made the time about us--not his agenda. Dan's knowledge, product enthusiasm and manner quickly put me at ease. I trusted him to advise me on the best choice for my needs & that's exactly what he did. My experience with "another prestige German auto dealership" left me feeling as if they were pushing for a sale rather than a fit. Not Dan! Most sales people make you feel pressured into buying a car, she wanted to make sure it was right for me.
