I brought a Mercedes 2022. . and I’m so happy.. the customer service from Sunshine and Jazimine was excellent!!! I just purchased my fourth car from here. I’d worked with Gregory Smith previously Gregory is now the Customer Service Representative. He was super at selling! OK, I brought a 528i BMW the end of January and within 45 days I had to have the car towed because of a drivetrain malfunction only to be told my engine is bad and need to be replaced. Now, I'm stuck w 45 days I had to have the car towed because of a drivetrain malfunction only to be told my engine is bad and need to be replaced. Now, I'm stuck with a car with car payments for 5 years but can't drive the car because of this bad engine N20 4 cylinder. I've reached out to the dealership and was told they put $4000 into that car already. I wasn't told something was wrong with the car when I purchased it. How could a respectful business do someone like this that's a father of 5 Lil kids now have no transportation.. Anything can help as long as they try to make things right but can't or should I say WON'T even do that! I'm not hear to make anyone feel bad for me but I want you all to know the type of ppl at this business you're dealing with... Be careful don't be stuck with a car with a bad engine and can't drive it but have monthly payments for 60 months! Thanks BMW of Florence! There's so much I can put on here about the experience I had at this place but I'm not that type of person. I just hope and pray for the best for me and my kids! More
Joel Capps is diminishing the reputation of BMW overall. Disrespectful, nasty, cocky arrogant attitude! BMW of Florence has lost my business, along with my family and anyone I'm associated with. I was disrespected in the utmost way! Is this the ultimate driving experience?? Lack of professionalism at it's finest! He is not deserving of this job nor this position. xxxx poor performance. I hope the corporate office notices these complaints and grants someone who is more deserving of this position! More
Communication. Just because your a manger doesn’t give u the right to be cocky with customers. When you tell me that I don’t need to sale cars my business is booming. I took my business to Lexus in Columbia the right to be cocky with customers. When you tell me that I don’t need to sale cars my business is booming. My 2017 X5 broke down on I-95 and was towed to your dealership on March 1st. We live in NC so communication was key for us. It started out okay until there was a problem. We went a week with no update and no return calls. When my husband finally got our service contact Joel on the phone he was very rude and condescending. My husband made the calls himself to BMW roadside to resolve the “waiting for approval” that Joel was unable to make happen. We got the call the 17th that my car was ready. Came in this evening to pick it up and when I got in to leave I was horrified to find my buff leather seats, console, door handles and head rests with grease all over them. I pointed it out to my husband who went to get Joel to look at it. Joel acted shocked that we were upset and claimed it must have been the tow truck driver because that’s how it came in. He begrudgingly offered to clean it himself and that’s not what we were asking for but were trying to inquire why, regardless, would you let something leave your service like this? He then cursed at us and walked away. When my husband tried to follow him he told him not to follow him back in the building or he would be arrested! I’m so disappointed in the service we received at your dealership. In my 50 years I have NEVER been cussed at by an employee of a business. More
