BMW of Fort Washington is extremely customer satisfaction oriented. Ed Fallon, a salesperson, exemplifies this in the best possible manner. Ed is always willing to assist and answer any question or obtain th oriented. Ed Fallon, a salesperson, exemplifies this in the best possible manner. Ed is always willing to assist and answer any question or obtain the help/support you need to resolve any issue that arises. Many sales individuals forget you after the sale. What should especially be noted about Ed is that whether or not he sold you the vehicle, he is there for you. Ironically, our last BMW purchase at West German (now BMW of Fort Washington), due to timing pressures had to be completed while Ed was on vacation and transacted with another sales person. Although Ed did not make this sale, he continues to be there for us. What matters to Ed is that you are a satisfied BMW customer, and will continue to do your service and sales at this dealership. He represents BMW of Fort Washington in a positive way. Ed should be recognized, rewarded & his efforts highlighted as a model for others. You are most fortunate to have Ed as a member of your team and organization !!! They do not make them like Ed any longer. More
