I knew the minute I got off the phone with Phil, it was going to be an incredible experience. He was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. For starters, Phil was so attentive a going to be an incredible experience. He was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. For starters, Phil was so attentive and caring to our son the entire time we were there. He gave him markers to draw with, pizza & snacks, put a show on his computer for him & even sent him home with a ton of goodies. He did not have to do any of this! Other salesman would have just rolled their eyes or been annoyed with a cranky toddler. They would not have taken the time to make that connection and to make sure our son was happy and comfortable while we were there. As far as obtaining the car we wanted, he was easily able to make that happen at a price we felt comfortable paying. Additionally, Phil took the time to help me set-up everything in the car. He even gave me his usb cord from his car to use & money from his own pocket for tolls on the way home. Phil literally went the extra mile and then some. This is my seventh car and I have never had a salesman that has cared as much as Phil. He is truly a rare find and an asset to the dealership. Im actually surprised that he isn’t in a management position there, he’s a perfect fit! In regards to the dealership, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place was immaculate and they had snacks/drinks available (which our toddler appreciated). We left BMW of Fort Washington not only with my dream car, but with a new friend! More
