Ed Salloum was nothing short of fantastic in terms of how he guided us through the process of finding, understanding, and closing on our new X3. He was direct and succinct, and (most importantly) honest, an he guided us through the process of finding, understanding, and closing on our new X3. He was direct and succinct, and (most importantly) honest, and gave very valuable tips on how to set up the car to our liking. The X3 has changed quite a bit electronically since our 2015 X3, and Ed was able to guide us efficiently through the fluff to get to the most important settings. Despite the fact that the car was fresh off the boat on their remote lot, Ed was able get it prepped and ready for us to drive home in just an hour or so. We never felt pressured in any way, and Ed seemed to actively streamline the inevitably long process of finance, transfer of title etc. as best as possible. Highly recommended! More
