Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I was sent a reminder text. I was greeted immediately upon my appointment arrival, service had my paperwork on hand. He provided his card and told me to call him when the dealership called and said that my car was ready. He went over the work that was done to my car with me. The car looked great.
