My sister and I were out on Saturday afternoon February 24 when we realized she had a flat tire. (She had just picked up her new Toyota the day before. )We were in Fort Washington and headed to a gas stati 24 when we realized she had a flat tire. (She had just picked up her new Toyota the day before. )We were in Fort Washington and headed to a gas station on Pennsylvania Avenue for help, but there was no help there. We then stopped at the BMW service center on Pennsylvania Avenue. Mr. Ben Ammar and his staff went out of their way to help us out. They even directed us to the snack area Inside and invited us to help ourselves and relax. Everyone was so kind and hospitable and helpful. I think the man who actually worked on the tire may have been Jamie or one of his mechanics. They did not charge us a penny and resisted our offers of a tip. As we left Ben Ammar said to us to please call anytime we need help. My only regret is that I haven't written sooner. Gratefully, Marita Flynn More
