BMW of Fort Washington - Service Center

BMW Fort Washington consistently provides excellent service. I had dropped off my car a day before, late in the afternoon, as it appeared the battery had died due to the extreme cold weather. They accepted it without any advance reservations and said that they would look at it the next morning. The next morning, I got detailed information on what needed to be done to resolve the issue and the estimated charges. Later in the day, I was informed that the work was done and the car could be picked up at my convenience. I requested a shuttle pick up as I was without a car. Ben called me promptly to get my address and to confirm the pickup time. I received a call from Ben at the agreed upon time that he was at the door and I could come out at my convenience. I found Ben to be very friendly with an excellent attitude and a very good knowledge of the BMW cars. We discussed the different models which are coming out and the new features which are being offered. Time passed by quickly, even though it was very close to rush hour, and soon we were at BMW Fort Washington. I met Dennis, the service advisor, who updated me on the work which was done.
