Not only does he give great customer service Hi my name is Karen and if you ever need an experienced and caring adviser Allen Gin is the guy to go to. Not only does he give great customer service, but he is someone that is very understandable and can talk to. He explains everything in detail, and with layman's term so you don't leave confused. He answers your questions fully and is patient when he does. What also made me recommend him fully was that I had an issue with my incompetent warranty (not BMW's' wish I had one though) and after I've explain to him my situation, and he went out of his way and took care of me when I needed it the most. It was very appreciated, and when I need to get my vehicle serviced again, (second visit, but for something different, first one was excellent as well which was why I specifically ask for Allen) I will be going back to BMW Freehold and I will be asking for Allen Gin. Highly recommended. More
