Although I live in Monroe township (7-8 miles from Freehold) yet i always preferred Princeton BMW and Open Road Edison becuase of very bad experince aboout 3 years ago in Freehold dealership. I was treated in an extremly unprofessional way by one of the salesperson. I had decided to not to come back again, until a friend of mine told me about his experience in Freehold. So I have half heartedly make a call and appointment to meet Monica. Maria, the Internet Sales Manager was very responsive and a very friendly person. She was very prompt both on the phone and e-mail and clearly walked me through with all the questions . She made sure I got the best deal/offer and the best buying experience. We were greeted by Anthony within a minute of arriving at dealership. He allowed us to browse the lot for the particular vehicles we were interested in with no added pressure (Nice touch)!
