Robert has been the sales rep for myself, my wife and my son. I think the most appropriate thing I can say about him, is that I no longer price cars at other dealerships. When our cell phone didn't work in our last BMW he allowed us to purchase a new cell phone that did work, at dealership expense. Doesn't get more customer focused than that.
