I have never had such an easy car buying experience as I did here. The workers there were all extremly helpful and polite and Maria was amazing. Maria Shouldice is the person I first encountered online. She was courteous, got back to me very quickly, and beat my best price! I would definitely recommend requesting her if you are purchasing online. I met Mike Wang at the dealership, when I went to pick up my car. He was extremely polite, and even came in on his day off to make it more convenient for my work schedule. Mike was very patient with my questions and even set up my Bluetooth before I left the dealership. He also sent me follow-up emails to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Danny Claro is my favorite. There was a small misunderstanding about the rebates available on my X5, and I was disappointed for a moment. But, Danny made it right. With him, and at this dealership as a whole, it is clear that the customer is always #1. I drove away not only happy with my new X5, but knowing that the 50 minute trip from Staten Island was most definitely worth it. The dealership facility itself is also brand spanking new, spotless, with Fresh brewed Starbucks and goodies, and a comfortable waiting area with flat screen tv. The receptionist is super friendly. When I went again today to pick up my plates, not only did an employee drive my car from the lot to the service bay, and put on the plates, but they washed my car!!! Anyone who lives in the NY/NJ area should buy their BMW from BMW of Freehold. There is no comparision. More
