I had taken my BMW to another dealership for several years for service until I found out that my service manager (Allen Gin) switched jobs. I'm extremely happy I gave BMW of Freehold a chance - the Dealership was immaculate, the people were freindly and my overall experience was better than my original dealership. My car was checked in immediately by the attendant and I received a call from Allen within an hour with a diagnosis. Allen and his manager also worked with me on my invoice to take advantage of any discounts they had to offer - saving me well over $100. The first time I visited, the showroom had no power due to the effects of Hurricane Irene. Undaunted, Denis answered all of my questions and even took time to show me - by hand - how a lease payment is calculated. I've never had a salesperson take the time to do that, and I doubt many could. He was upfront with me about inception fees and the value of my trade. Price was negotiated quickly and fairly and he was able to locate a vehicle with all of the options I wanted in short order. Absolutely no games were played and Denis made me comfortable, was straightforward, and earned my trust from the start. Just a wonderful experience all around. Highest recommendations. Many thanks!
