Since I bought the car at another dealer I wasn't entitled to a loaner, but it didn't matter, the dealership has free internet and a nice quiet business center, so I could plug in my laptop and work while I waited. They had me in and out in 2 hours. More

I called me and followed up with me and made sure I would come to see him before see anyone else. Well, I am glad he did. I ventured out to visit him at BMW Freehold, as I came in, I was greeted by him Mr. Matthew Mangiullo. We started to talk, Matthew also began with a little history of the dealership and then after some pleasant conversation he began asking some questions, he knew what I was looking for. He showed me the car I was interested, when he drove the car in front of me, I was amazed of the conditions, it was mint!
