Christopher actually sat and explain the situation as to why my brakes was not covered he didn’t get upset when I got upset he didn’t get in his Feelings like Robert P. Did because what RoBert did was try to sell me xxxx first instead of trying to help me out… my experience use to be 5 out of 5 stars here until my last 2 visits then I brought my truck ask Chris if I still have warranty he calmly explain that I did extend the warranty but only for 36,000 more miles not until 75,000 miles like I did with the maintenance warranty. I said ok and he proceeded to then ask me how would I like to proceed… That’s how customer service works TAKES SOME NOTES ROBERT More
