My service advisor Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable he handled his business well. What i liked about him, me as a female with minimal knowledge about mechanical issues Michael not only t knowledgeable he handled his business well. What i liked about him, me as a female with minimal knowledge about mechanical issues Michael not only told me about my issues he took me to my car and pointed out what needed to get done with no added pressure .The day was crazy busy so the wait time was a bit longer than expected nevertheless it was worth the wait i left the shop feeling confident they did an excellent job on my car.
