was having a vibration issue. was told 2 front wheels were bent. sent them out for service, got car back 4 days later. speeds needed to exceed 60mph to test issue. over weekend d was told 2 front wheels were bent. sent them out for service, got car back 4 days later. speeds needed to exceed 60mph to test issue. over weekend drove 260 miles round trip tournament. had same issue returned on monday. was told now both passenger sides were bent this time come back n 2 days to get loaner and fix issue. dropped off vehicle and was returned the next day in the afternoon. no more issues. much appreciated, and realized after original service i hit a pothole in construction zone on the way home. On my 3rd BMW and since 2013 have and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service More

She was also very patient with us as we tried to explore the different options that were available. At some point she even opted to have our choice of vehicle shipped from another location. We ended up getting a 2025 x3 BMW that was my initial choice on arrival. I must say that Matt is a real genius when it comes to BMW. Thank you Matt for introducing me to the all the new technology that comes with my car. You made it seem so simple and less intimidating.
