Ross was great, nonthreatening and understood when I wasn’t feeling well to postpone the deal. He allowed for me to take the car for a spin for an entire day, which truly made me seal the deal. His nonc wasn’t feeling well to postpone the deal. He allowed for me to take the car for a spin for an entire day, which truly made me seal the deal. His nonchalant attitude, but dedication to making me happy. Ultimately caused me to make the decision to go with the car at this dealership. I got a grade car for a great deal, and Ross continues to be very transparent and communicates the next steps as far as additional detailing with the bumper etc. that needs to occur. It’s not just the sale of the car, but making a customer happy with maintenance after buying the car and abiding by next steps and scheduling accordingly. Great experience overall!!!! More
