The rep was trying to take advantage of me and charge me double the price for the service BMW was recommending, until I showed him the offer and even then he was hesitant to give me that rate. A great deal of doing business with a dealer is built on credibility and when you over charge to try and take advantage of me you break that trust. Why would you tell me $300 for an oil change when you give it to others for $120? I’m not using this service center again and telling all my friends with BMWs about this experience. I don’t trust you anymore!!! More

My husband and I stopped into BMW Orlando Park to check out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to b out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to be released 2025 X3 models on the fly.
