The rep was trying to take advantage of me and charge me double the price for the service BMW was recommending, until I showed him the offer and even then he was hesitant to give me that rate. A great deal of doing business with a dealer is built on credibility and when you over charge to try and take advantage of me you break that trust. Why would you tell me $300 for an oil change when you give it to others for $120? I’m not using this service center again and telling all my friends with BMWs about this experience. I don’t trust you anymore!!! More

My husband and I stopped into BMW Orlando Park to check out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to b out the X3. Matt McCormack (BMW genius) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, providing performance stats and feature comparisons of the 2024 and yet to be released 2025 X3 models on the fly. The information he provided was incredibly helpful in making our decision to switch from Mercedes to BMW. In addition to being so sharp, Matt was gracious, patient and a pleasure to work with. No loaner car was available for me to use. Had to be without my car for 5 days. Upon pick up, the detailed cleaning had not been completed and no one could not answer as to why not and when it would get done. More
