When I bought an extended warranty and it is still valid, why I was forced to pay for the repair. I bought warranty from you guys, I never went to CNA. If CNA is not covering the repair for you, that's your concern, not mine. When I bought warranty, you never told me what is covered by CNA and what is not, and now you are making this excuse. CNA was never in the picture when I bought the extended warranty and not even told to me that you covering it on behalf of CNA. Keep squeezing the customers, Well done ! I feel cheated by you. Similar things happend when I bought oil change deal from you and later on you refused to change oil for my BMW.
