My experience at Zeigler bmw was pleasant per usual. From the time I arrived until the time i departed, I was treated with kindness and courtesy. They even let me use a bmw coupon.. however They didn't get a chance to give me a complimentary car wash which I looked forward to when i get my car serviced there. More

I had an 8:00 appointment scheled for over a month to replace all 4 tires. I get there at 8 am and have to wait 2 and a half hours after numerous inquiries as to how and why it is taking so long to repl replace all 4 tires. I get there at 8 am and have to wait 2 and a half hours after numerous inquiries as to how and why it is taking so long to replace tires that I had to come back to have done because the tires were not in stock. First I was told that they were driving around which was not true because the tire pressure was not reset when I finally got in the car. I was also told they were washing my car which was not washed. I was also told that it takes around 2 hours to change the tires I am not a tire expert however I don't know any car in the world that it takes 2 hours to change the tires. More

Mahdi knocked it out of the ballpark again, this guy is honest and very loyal to his customers.
