I would not recommend Ziegler BMW of Orland Park. They are very dishonest and cannot be trusted. They initially caught my attention by offering a $3750 discount if I custom ordered a new X5, and afte They are very dishonest and cannot be trusted. They initially caught my attention by offering a $3750 discount if I custom ordered a new X5, and after confirming there were no surprises via multiple conversations and texts, I told Mateen the sales rep I was ready to move forward. He then told me he could no longer honor the committed discount and told me I would need to come in person to talk to his manager to even get a small discount. I would highly discourage working with this dealership. More

Drove 3 hours to check out a car I saw on their website. Scheduled an appointment with them. The day of the appointment 2 hours into driving I got a text from them saying the car was sold the prior day. The Scheduled an appointment with them. They claimed they sent me an email and guess the email didn't go through for whatever reason. Never got that email on my end. Something seemed suspicious so emailed them using a different email and a new sales person told me the exact car that was supposedly sold was still available. Don't trust this place. Got me going out there just to try to sell me other cars they had. Waste of time, and money. Worse car buying experience ever. More
