Lyn was extremely nice at the service desk. Cashier was nice. Richard was not nice nor helpful at all. He had his vape on his desk and treated me as if I was the biggest bother in the world. I would never bring my car back to be serviced with him again. He lost my keys as well as was not on top on his job when it came to my car which is why I chose to have my car serviced else where. Stopped in with my wife to test drive a car. Gus our salesman was phenomenal. What a knowledgeable guy who didn’t pressure us at all. Originally the BMW was out of our price range. Alvin the sales manager did some magic and we drove the car off the lot a few hours later. I have to say that this was the easiest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’m probably going to go back to Ziegler in a few months when I’m ready for a new car for myself. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! More
