I come back to the dealership because James always takes care of me to explain what's happening keep me in touch and gets me in and out fast. I sent him a email and he quickly got back to me and scheduled m care of me to explain what's happening keep me in touch and gets me in and out fast. This is my second bmw I have had and if James is not there I wait and for him and don't even schedule through anyone else because I trust what he would tell me and that I get good service that is inviting and friendly.
