My experience with the Service Team has always been wonderful. I was extremely disappointed when I paid to find out that Ziegler is charging a 3% Credit Card Fee for their customers, long time and loy wonderful. I was extremely disappointed when I paid to find out that Ziegler is charging a 3% Credit Card Fee for their customers, long time and loyal customers. I've always used my credit card to pay and never have I been charged for my service bill. The cashier said very unsympathetically that the Credit Card companies are charging them (Ziegler) and so now they charge us , their clients. My reply was.... they (credit card companies) have always charged you a fee, it is an expense every business absorbs, so why now are you charging your loyal clients? What this tells me is Ziegler has just increased their profits by 3% on his clients! Had I known this before I went there for tires and brakes - I could have gone to any reputable Tire Outlet and not be charged a service fee. $100.00 fee is not a great feeling for a loyal customer. More

Service itself was fine. Pick up was not. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my car. Had to go to the cashier twice to ask where my car is. I also thought the normal protoco Pick up was not. The dealership is nice but the service person Jason J. was awful! I came in for an oil change and I got the feeling I was disturbing him? He told me after the oil change that he would not reset the oil was awful! I came in for an oil change and I got the feeling I was disturbing him? He told me after the oil change that he would not reset the oil counter and when I asked why, he started talking in circles about why I should not change my oil. This guy has the personality of a postage stamp! I have owned four BMW's in the past and never has the dealership refuse to reset the counter. After I left, I had the feeling that maybe Zeigler BMW did not change my oil? Overall, I had a horrible experience at Zeigler BMW! I will definitely mention my experience to my friends that are BMW owners! Lastly, I have work with James Hatchet in the past and he is always outstanding, Jason could learn a lot from James Hatchet!!! More
