I brought my car in for recall & passenger restraint system warning light. The warning light issue happened last year and needed to be updated. I was told this was a different issue this time & to wait system warning light. The warning light issue happened last year and needed to be updated. I was told this was a different issue this time & to wait an hour for the dx. I waited for over 2 hours to be told a laundry list of items including that it was the air flap issue again. Said he emailed my warranty co to see what they would cover. I waited another three hours. No one offered me water or came and gave me an update or even texted an update. I was provided a loaner at 51/2 hours and went home. Zero updates. Turns out I had one issue and flaps was mechanical issue not electrical and not covered under warranty. No video sent of damage but it would be $1,500 to fix. I said no to flap repair and yes to the seal repair. When I picked up my car-everything was fine. No warning lights. So, what was it because if the flaps were damaged wouldn’t that cause an issue? I am still wondering what happened to the list of things that were wrong. I just want to know what actually happened. Terrible service. And I keep getting emails you want to buy my car. No thanks I’ll go to bill jacobs. More

I visited BMW for getting a brake light malfunction checked as well as to get my services package renewed. I was scheduled to meet Cory Kazienko. This was my second time to meet Cory. He was very court checked as well as to get my services package renewed. I was scheduled to meet Cory Kazienko. This was my second time to meet Cory. He was very courteous, professional but most important of all very knowledgeable. He answered and explained all my services related questions thoroughly, in fact with hard copy comparison for me to understand better and choose wisely what I was purchasing. It was finally decided that my car needed rear brakes and font and rear wipers changed. The waiting time was more than I expected especially that I was fasting and couldn’t enjoy the great collection of complementary beverages in the lobby 😊. But I left happy with my issues resolved. Thanks to Cory and 5 stars for him. More
