I was here for service and it was a pleasant experience. My service advisor kept me updated at every point during the process. i cannot imagine the immense stupidity and short-sightedness of the ownership of this dealer. To add a surcharge of 3% to all charges paid via credit card is insanely, shall we simply say, du short-sightedness of the ownership of this dealer. To add a surcharge of 3% to all charges paid via credit card is insanely, shall we simply say, dumb. I am currently an owner of 2 BMWs having owned another previously. This dealership has made thousands of $$$ from my loyalty. The prices charged for services is already outrageous and yet it is deemed necessary to further charge customers that do not pay in cash. Insane! For the record, please know that I will never again come to this dealership for any service work and will never again by another BMW. Thank you. More
