I arrived at the dealership five minutes before my scheduled appointment and found the service bay full with no staff directing the cars. I left my car outside and entered the service office, where I scheduled appointment and found the service bay full with no staff directing the cars. I left my car outside and entered the service office, where I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff present. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, an employee instructed me to sit in a temporary waiting area and mentioned that I would be assisted soon. The service process was unorganized. Staff did not check appointment details but instead served customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. It took 25 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen by a service representative. He initiated the oil change, estimating it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 2 hours. Upon leaving, I noticed the service reminder for an oil change had not been reset. I called the dealership for assistance with the reset, and after being forwarded to voicemail, I ended up resolving it myself using an online tutorial. Later, when a staff member returned my call to apologize and incorrectly stated that only BMW technicians could reset the service light, I informed him I had already done it myself. Cue the awkward silence! Previously, my experiences at this dealership were good, but this visit was inefficient and lacked proper customer service. I am now unsure about returning for future services. More

Corey is awesome, always professional and understands customer service at every level. Although I don't enjoy having to spend a lot of money for both my BMW x1 & BMW x7, Corey always seems to explain thi customer service at every level.
