Orlando Welsh was helpful from beginning to end. Also, David Gutierrez in finance was also a pro who made the final step a breeze - explaining options clearly and respecting my decision to decline. Despite these excellent individuals, the dealer playbook is to include unrequested tertiary products on the invoice (Lo-Jack, etc.). It's 2024 - do we still need to go through the theater of needing to decline (and then decline again) $2000 of dealer-imposed padding just to get back to their original asking price? The deal could have been closed an hour sooner with the same outcome, but I guess everyone has time to waste. It puts a sour taste where none existed, and demeans everyone involved at the dealership. More
