After a less than satisfactory experience at another dealership, I was prepared to part with the BMW brand, but I can say that Lori is the reason I am now driving another BMW. Following an initial conversation with her lovely assistant Tessa, Lori promptly returned my phone call. Within a few minutes, she not only understood my needs, but met them and the deal was done. It was simply one of the most straightforward and effective car experiences I have had. Lori is a step above the rest. She is caring, honest and thorough, and ensures that you are treated with the utmost respect. All of the staff that I encountered at Ramsey BMW, upon completing paperwork and receiving my vehicle, were pleasant & professional. Scammers- illegal charges Hit and miss staff with increasingly long wait times and worse attitudes every time I visit. They damaged my vehicle and charged me for repairs. They also charged me $750 for a not-at-fault accident i was in, resulting in damage to their loaner car. Their car was fully covered by 3 different insurance policies including their own, and they came up with a baseless $750 misc fee which was practically ransom on my car because they wouldn't let me leave without paying. I got an attorney involved and they refunded my money. Know your rights, and also avoid these gougers when looking for car service More
