Very clean, the people are very polite. I love the coffee bar area with the bagels and the setting area. Even though the young lady at the clothing area on the top was not very polite. My X3 needed brake fluid and they got me an appointment in 2 days, also had the oil changed. They do a video of their vehicle check up which is very informative. I dropped off my car there, and as soon as I walked in, they treated me like family. My service advisor was patient with me and he explains everything, and even the service manager James's I believe his they treated me like family. When I left, he double-checked if I needed anything and told me not to hesitate to approach him. He's a great guy! They've definitely gained a customer for life.
