The negotiation process was quick and lacking in drama or theatrics - a very pleasant surprise. The sales team was focused on providing a “white glove” experience and we were very happy with the overall experience and absolutely love the car! Follow-up by the sales manager to ensure we had a smooth purchase and delivery was also very much appreciated. More

I will travel to Fort Myers for any future BMW needs. It was pretty easy to see my SUV’s issues started well before the warranty ran out, but because I arrived at the dealership a few hundred miles past the warranty, no effort was made to see if the warranty might still apply. Would not recommend this dealership. More
