I was sold a car three weeks ago and within 2 weeks the car wouldn't start. I spoke with the sales rep and a manager to get the situation resolved and they sent me a loaner and had my car towed up to saras car wouldn't start. I spoke with the sales rep and a manager to get the situation resolved and they sent me a loaner and had my car towed up to sarasota from estero last friday May 1st. As of today I still have the loaner. Zero communication from BMW of Sarasota as to whether my car is fixed or needs extra time for them to fix it. I've called twice today and left my number with two separate managers and still nothing. The lack of communication here is abysmal and I regret doing business with them. More
