Service Advisor Kim Caleo was outstanding. She keep me informed from start to finish. The staff from check in to pickup were thoughtful. Except for a Susan Gatlin she put on a TV Station tha She keep me informed from start to finish. The staff from check in to pickup were thoughtful. Except for a Susan Gatlin she put on a TV Station that politically one sided. The channel angered me and upset me, Sarasota BMW and it's employees should be politically neutral. The TV should be on a History. Sports, local channels that broadcasts local news not Politically one sided News. My appointment was a waiting appointment that took a several hours from checkin to completion. More
