Very disappointed in the wait time between the sale and completing the loan documents. We arrived at the dealership around 10:00am and did not leave until around 3:00pm. For example what I thought were scratches on the instrument shield was not, I was able to clean this very easily. As far as your sales team, I thought they were great. Good service, took the time to confirm all was ok including video and hence no repair was needed. Somewhat of a backlog so it took over 2 hrs (about 2h15min) to get the car back.
