Right off the bat they start telling me what was not covered under warranty without even looking at the car. Quoted $800 for an alignment, balancing, and to get the dirt off from underneath. I knew something was off, so I picked it back up for my husband to look at only to find out all it needed was a pressure wash underneath since I had gotten stuck in the mud a couple days prior and that’s what was making my car shake. Simply crooks! And so much for road side assistance. I’m battling to get reimbursed for the toe after being stuck in the mud. Leased with BMW for 10 years now and it doesn’t look like I will continue. Terrible service and simply a rip off! More
