I also had a screw in 1 of my tires and my other three tires were almost bald. Carlos went above and beyond locating the tires I wanted and taking great care of my car. He kept me up to date on the delivery of the tires and the work being done on my car. He treated my car like it was his very own. Carlos provided excellent customer service! Jerry and I had such an excellent experience at BMW Sarasota yesterday. The dealership was well organized and we were warmly greeted. Fortunately for us, our greeter was our salesman Mario Picone. He provided outstanding service in every aspect of the sale process. Mario is a consumate professional, personable and a distinct pleasure to work with. Mario is more than a five star associate and now our favorite salesmen ever. We also received outstanding service from finance manager Jesus Castillo. He was so knowledgeable about the finance process and explained everything clearly and succinctly. He is so professional and personable as well. Again, Jesus is more than a five star associate.
