Love this BMW Dealership! They have improved over last 4 years and become the BMW Dealer I always wanted. They give loaner BMW cars out now which are nice ones too to give a customer a taste of maybe an upg years and become the BMW Dealer I always wanted. They give loaner BMW cars out now which are nice ones too to give a customer a taste of maybe an upgrade after their services vehicle end it’s life and they have your back on the service team side to not overcharge and find you discounts and always wash and clean your car when done, video of what was done and inspection and even proactively do needed maintenance to make sure your car is the best it can be for your best interest in mind. Service advisor was ok. I don’t understand having to make an appointment if I have to wait for the advisor then wait again to have the loaner car processed. My information is already in the system. Second one was clean. No complaints about the service advisor but overall efficiency needs a lot of improvement. Both visits I was there for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable with an appointment.
