Jonathan Pekar was an excellent salesman and was very patient and calm. He was thorough about explaining the workings of the car. This has got to be the cheapest piece of material we have seen used in a car, really bringing down the BMW quality to the lowest, really, come on guys, can’t you do something better for $1,499.00? It won’t even stay put, slides all over the xxxx back cargo hold. Just terrible, awful!!! Otherwise happy so far. Proud owner for three days.., More

Visited the dealership for oil change service. Had an eight am appointment. My service advisor, Tiffany, Was very nice, had my car taken right in. Very timely service, Tiffany suggested two more item eight am appointment. My service advisor, Tiffany, Was very nice, had my car taken right in. Very timely service, Tiffany suggested two more items that needed attention. Recieved a video from the service tech as he went over the brakes, tires, suspension and checked for any leaks. Very pleased with BBW Sarasota, the staff is always friendly and the facility is pleasant when waiting. This my second car from there and planning on my third in a few months. Highly recommend this dealership. More
