waited a looong time to get serviced It took a while to be greeted when I showed up for my service appointment. I pulled into the service garage and I had to go looking for someone to get signed in. It's not like I showed up unannounced, I had an appointment. Seems like I was an afterthought to the dealership. My service advisor (3rd one in 3 yrs) spent more time on the phone instead of greeting me on my arrival. Also, I don't need to hear about your "dirty laundry" as a reason to "be patient", if you have internal issues running your dealership, that's not the customer's problem. More
