I had dealer purchased tires installed along with other services, and the vehicle was returned with the old black wheel weight adhesive left on the wheels and highly visable, and the tires were over inflat services, and the vehicle was returned with the old black wheel weight adhesive left on the wheels and highly visable, and the tires were over inflated by 20%. Not sure how anyone could have missed this! Now I have been told that I may have to wait for the vehicle to get removed because of other appointments. Not great customer experience. More

Lewis Mention is a great service rep. He’s professional and communicates the services needed and price clearly. He answers my questions before I even ask them. i appreciate the texts during service wait. and communicates the services needed and price clearly. I also liked seeing the video of my car as the technician examined the vehicle. The new rear light looks great! OUTSTANDING ! Fernando is the man!! The ONLY reason I bought our X5 and continue to service it at BMW Sarasota.. Its a 45 minute to an hour drive from my house.. Fernando is the man!!
