I called my service writer Tiffany Ferrara last week to find out if I could send her a video capturing a noise that was coming from the front grill area. Even though it was her day off she immediately text find out if I could send her a video capturing a noise that was coming from the front grill area. Even though it was her day off she immediately texted me back and instructed me to either drive the car in if the noise had stopped or have it towed.
