The service takes Avery opportunity to charge extra money. Every time I am there they attempt to charge 10% extra as a shop fee claiming that the charge is mandated by the state of Florida. Even with a scheduled appointment, dealer did not even start the service and service tech never contacted me. I turned the car and key over to the service greeter and was asked to wait in the Lobby. Aft start the service and service tech never contacted me. I turned the car and key over to the service greeter and was asked to wait in the Lobby. After waiting an hour and observing that every other car in the drive in area had been moved to the service area, I initiated contact with an unknown tech walking through the drive in area. He ended up finding someone other than my assigned service advisor, who was supposed to be Scott Gould. That person started my initial consultation and told me that they could not complete my service that day and I needed to bring the car back Monday morning. He then Introduced me to Scott before I left. I have no idea why the service could not be completed. They either lost track of my car and ran out of time, or they didn’t have the SOS malfunction software patch available. Either way, it’s disappointing since the service was scheduled several days in advance and the specific problem was noted when the appointment was made. More

Carlos got a call from me at the end of the day. My car caught the corona virus. Dropped it off to him while he is already wrestling with 3 other cars. This time I was unhappy with the service. The rep assigned to me was rude. My car sat in the ready area one half hour before I was called to pick up my car.
